Payments


Weekend bookings – 100% within 7 days of confirmation of booking

 

Midweek Bookings – 50% deposit within 7 days. Balance 28 days prior to arrival

 

Failure to make payments by due dates will result in forfeiture of booking.

We accept – Visa & Mastercard

Cheques to be made payable to Benmore Ski Club

Cancellations

  • 28 days prior – refund less $50.00 booking fee

  • 14-28 days prior 50% of total booking refunded

  • less than 14 days prior – no refund

  • Bookings cancelled due to Mt Buller Ski Guarantee will incur $50.00 booking fee

Bookings are covered by the Mt, Buller Ski Guarantee.

Children


  • No children under 5 years of age
  • All school students up to Year 12 are classified as children
